Juan González de Pinera, canónigo de Sevilla, administrador del Hospital de San Hermenegildo, en su nombre, da a tributo y censo perpetuos a García Ferrández, vecino de La Rinconada, una tierra que el dicho hospital tiene en el Barrero, lindante con tierra de la fábrica de la iglesia de La Rinconada, también con el Soto, y con tierra de Antón Martínez, por 105 maravedis por fanegada, a pagar anualmente en navidad, con ciertas obligaciones y condiciones. Pasó ante Pedro Martínez de la Palma, notario público y apostólico
