Diego Ferrández, hijo de Ferrand Martínez, alcaide que fue del castillo de Fregenal, y de María Pérez, su madre, por poder de ella y de sus hermanos Juan Ferrández y García Ferrández, vende a la Casa de San Lázaro un pedazo de tierra en el término de Sevilla, en el pago de San Lázaro, lindante con viña de Alfonso Pérez, fuellero, y con tierra del Cabildo de Santa María de Sevilla, por 30 mrs. Con ciertas claúsulas y condiciones. Pasó ante Bartolomé Sánchez, escribano público de Sevilla
