Alvar Pérez de Guzmán, vende a Pascual Martín, zapatero, y a Magdalena García, su mujer, vecinos de La Palma, cuatro aranzadas de tierra en la fuente del Corcho, en la Dehesilla, término de La Palma, lindante con tierras de Juan Díaz, tierras de Juan Gil, su hijo, y con el casmino, por precio de 400 mrs, con ciertas cláusulas y condiciones. Pasó ante García Martínez, escribano público de La Palma por su señor, Alvar Pérez de Guzmán.
