El Hospital de San Lázaro da a tributo y censo perpetuo a Alfonso López el Rubio, correero, y a Beatriz Íñiguez, su mujer, vecinos de Sevilla en la collación de Omnium Sanctorum, un pedazo de viña en el pago de Albutecar, de media aranzada, lindante con viñas de Benito Núñez, viñas de la Camaronera, y el carril y el camino, por 132 mrs. anuales, a pagar por el dia de Todos los Santos, so pena del doblo y con ciertas condiciones. Pasó ante Juan Gutiérrez Calderón, escribano público de Sevilla.
