La Casa de San Lázaro da a tributo y censo perpetuo a Miguel Rodríguez Calero, vecino de la villa de Alcalá de Guadaira, una parte de casas de su propiedad en la dicha villa, cuya otra parte es del Monasterio de Santa María la Real de Sevilla, para él y sus herederos por precio de 70 mrs. A pagar anualmente por el dia de San Juan de junio, so pena del doblo y con ciertas condiciones. Pasó ante Diego Ruiz de Porras, escribano público de Sevilla
