Íñigo Rodríguez, frutero, y Marina Rodríguez, su mujer, reconocen a Diego de Formicedo, mayoral de la Casa de San Lázaro de Sevilla, podatario Francisco Jiménez, arzobispo de Toledo, un tributo perpetuo de 2.820 mrs. Al año situados sobre una huerta y árboles en que había 7 aranzadas, con su playa, término del rincón de Hernán de Ibáñez, que se nombra la huerta de los Menores, linde con la huerta de la Lima y con la huerta de los Frailes, sobre la cual se pagaban 1.200 mrs de tributo a Gerónimo Suárez, y 580 al convento de las Cuevas. Pasó ante Fernán Pérez, escribano público de Sevilla
