Catalina Jiménez, mujer de Juan Sánchez, jurado de la collación de San Juan, en Sevilla, da poder a su marido para que pueda dar a Pascual Martínez, zapatero, y a Magdalena García, su mujer, vecinos de La Palma, la posesión de unas casas que les habían vendido en Sevilla, en la collación de San Llorente, en la calle de la Corredera. Pasó ante Juan Vélez, escribano público de Sevilla -Alusión a la carta de venta, hecha ante el mismo escribano en 14 de abril de 1406.-Toma de posesión en la misma fecha de la carta de poder.
